Tanhouse Community Centre

The Tanhouse Community Centre was converted from the former Tanhouse Primary School. It contains Hamstead Library (which was originally in Broome Avenue. The Hamstead Miners Memorial Trust have a display of mining material in the Centre. In 2007 a Neighbourhood Police office was opened.
